Meet Tamara

Yoga Therapy at OM is led by Tamara Cormier.

With a degree in Kinesiology and more than a decade of experience helping people move, heal, and feel better in their bodies, Tamara brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge, movement expertise, and compassionate care to every session.

Her extensive understanding of biomechanics, movement patterns, and functional anatomy allows her to thoughtfully adapt each session to the individual sitting in front of her.

Patients often comment not only on her knowledge, but on her warmth.

While Yoga Therapy is rooted in the philosophy and practices of yoga, it is very different from attending a group yoga class.

Sessions take place one-on-one and are tailored specifically to your needs.

Insurance Coverage

Yoga Therapy sessions with Tamara may be billed under Kinesiology and are often covered by extended health benefit plans.
