Yoga & Movement Classes
Movement Classes at OM
Move Well. Breathe Deeply. Feel at Home.
At OM Integrative Healthcare, our classes are about so much more than fitness.
They are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and move in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and enjoyable.
Whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time, returning after an injury, looking to maintain strength and mobility, or simply seeking a peaceful hour for yourself, you’ll find a welcoming space waiting for you here.
Our classes are intentionally designed for real people with real bodies—not just experienced yogis or fitness enthusiasts.
If you’ve ever felt like yoga “wasn’t for you,” we invite you to think again.
A Different Kind of Studio Experience
Nestled within our integrative healthcare clinic, our bright and plant-filled studio offers a peaceful retreat from the demands of everyday life.
Natural light pours through the windows by day. In the evening, the glow of candlelight and the warmth of the fireplace create a cozy and restorative atmosphere. On beautiful days, our patio doors open to welcome fresh air and the gentle sounds of birdsong from the trees outside.
This is not a hot yoga studio.
This is not a place of pressure, competition, or performance.
This is a place to breathe.
To move.
To reconnect.
To simply be.
We intentionally keep class sizes small so every participant feels supported, seen, and comfortable throughout their practice.
Guided by Experts in Movement
What makes OM different is the depth of knowledge behind every class.
Our classes are led by an exceptional team of movement professionals, including Registered Kinesiologists, Certified Restorative Exercise Specialists, and Internationally Certified Yoga Teachers.
Their understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional movement allows them to create classes that are both safe and effective for all ages and abilities.
Whether you’re working around an injury, seeking modifications, improving mobility, building strength, or simply moving for your mental well-being, you’ll receive thoughtful guidance every step of the way.
You’ll never have to wonder if you’re “doing it right.”
We’ll help you find the version of each movement that works for your body.
