OM Integrative Healthcare was founded with a simple vision: to create a healthcare experience that feels different. We believed that healing begins long before a treatment starts—it begins the moment someone walks through the door. That’s why we’ve intentionally created spaces that feel calm, welcoming, and connected to nature, helping people feel more relaxed, at ease, and cared for from the very first moment they arrive.
For the past decade, OM has proudly served the Hamilton, Dundas, Waterdown, and surrounding communities as a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic offering holistic care for patients of all ages. Our team of practitioners works collaboratively to provide integrative healthcare services, while our yoga and movement studio encourages people to reconnect with their bodies, prioritize self-care, and build meaningful relationships within the community.
Our mission is to redefine what healthcare feels like. We believe healthcare should be compassionate, collaborative, and empowering—not rushed or intimidating. Whether someone visits us for pain relief, mental health support, preventative care, movement classes, or simply a quiet place to pause and recharge, we want every person to leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Beyond the treatment room, we’re committed to creating opportunities for connection. Through yoga classes, wellness workshops, educational events, and community initiatives, we’ve worked to become more than a healthcare clinic—we’ve become a place where people gather, learn, support one another, and feel a sense of belonging. As we celebrate ten years of serving our community, we remain dedicated to growing alongside the people who have trusted us with their care and continuing to make holistic, compassionate healthcare accessible for generations to come.

Booking
We offer online booking services which you can access by clicking any of the “book now” buttons throughout our website. This is the fastest and most efficient way to schedule your appointment. You can also give us a call or send us an email to schedule your appointments.
Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will be emailed a health history/consent form to be filled out at your earliest convenience. This will be sent back us to review prior to your appointment so that you get the most out of your scheduled appointment time. If you would prefer to print a hardcopy and complete at home to bring with you, head over to our policies page and you will find a link to a PDF copy you can download.
Our locations
We have locations in both Waterdown Village and in the heart of downtown Dundas. Our Dundas location is located at 46 King Street West, suite #201 in Dundas Ontario. We are above Starbucks and the First Ontario bank, on the second floor of the building. Our front door is located just off of the Starbucks’ patio. Head up the stairs and we are the first door on the right. There is elevator access in the back of the building – there’s a sign on the door so you won’t miss us!
Our Waterdown Village location is located only 9 minutes from Dundas. Our address is 250 Dundas street East, and we are in a cute green building on the corner of Dundas Street and Howard Boulevard, in a ground level location with lots of free parking.
Parking
There is plentiful street parking in Dundas, and many paid lots. There is one directly across the street as well as directly behind our building through the alley beside Starbucks. Please do not park in the small lot directly behind our building, but instead use the large Green P public lot behind our building that runs along Hatt Street. If you ever need change for the meter, or help with the parking app – we’re here to help!
Our Waterdown location has a free parking lot right outside our door at ground level.
Payment, Insurance & Direct Billing
We accept all major credit cards, debit or cash/etransfer. We offer direct billing to most major extended health benefit companies for many of our services. If you would like us to submit your claim, please add this information in the space provided in your intake form, or have your insurance information with you at the time of your appointment.
We require a credit card to be stored on file to schedule appointments at OM. Credit card information entered through Jane App is securely processed and stored using Stripe, a trusted, industry-leading payment provider. Jane App does not store full credit card details on its own servers. Instead, Stripe uses advanced encryption and tokenization to securely handle and store payment information. This means your card number is converted into a secure token, helping protect your sensitive data. Stripe is certified to the highest level of payment security standards (PCI-DSS compliant), ensuring that all transactions and stored information meet strict security requirements.If you have any questions about direct billing or anything else, please call us or send us an email.
