Attendance Policy

We have an attendance policy in place at OM. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we need to hear from you at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a fee.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you call the clinic or send a text message to our clinic text line. While email is convenient, messages can occasionally get lost in cyberspace. If we do not receive your email, we will be unaware that you were attempting to cancel your appointment, and it will be considered a no-show. To avoid any misunderstandings, please contact us by phone or text when cancelling or rescheduling. You may also make changes yourself through our user-friendly online booking system. Please note that appointments being cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time cannot be modified online and must be addressed directly with the clinic.
This fee pays for the practitioner’s time that was set aside just for you.

  • First incident: 50% of the appointment cost

  • Subsequent incidents: 100% of the appointment cost

  • No-show / no-call / no-email: 100% of the appointment cost

Late Policy

If you are late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. The time you scheduler is just for you! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to complete your health history form if it has not been submitted online.

Privacy

All personal information collected to provide healthcare services is kept in accordance with PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act).

Inclement Weather Policy

Your safety is our priority. We monitor weather conditions to determine whether it is safe to travel to and from the studio.

If we determine travel is unsafe, the class will be cancelled by the studio. These cancellations do not count toward the 24-hour cancellation policy, and no fees or class deductions will apply.

If the studio remains open and the class is running as scheduled, choosing not to attend due to weather will be considered a late cancellation or missed class. In this case, the class fee will be charged or a class will be deducted from your pass or membership.

A Quiet Space

OM is a quiet, peaceful space, and at times other appointments may be taking place alongside yoga or Pilates classes. We kindly ask that you use quiet indoor voices while visiting the clinic, until you’re inside the movement room and the door is closed. Maintaining a calm, serene environment is important to us—and to everyone sharing the space. Get your zen on ✨

We also ask that wet or dirty shoes be left outside in the designated area by our door. Blue disposable booties are available if you’d like to use them, or feel free to tiptoe in and we’ll happily meet you in the yoga room.
