Appointments are available in both our Dundas and Waterdown clinics, as well as virtually throughout Ontario.

That’s why we’ve made scheduling as simple and flexible as possible.

Appointments can be booked online anytime, or you can connect with our team directly if you’d prefer a more personal touch.

Virtual appointments are available throughout Ontario, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for counselling and psychotherapy services, and we offer direct billing whenever possible to help make your experience seamless.

We encourage you to check with your insurance provider regarding your individual coverage.
