Workshops & Special Events

Workshops at OM provide the opportunity for us to come together as a community. They are held in our bright space in our Dundas location full of sunshine and plants.

We move, we learn & we play – and the best part is that we do it all together!

To register to participate in one of our upcoming workshops, visit our online booking site by clicking “book now” on our main page, send us an email or give us a call!

Prepayment is required to reserve your spot in workshops. There are no refunds less than 7 days prior to the date of the event for workshops as spaces are limited and supplies are created/purchased ahead of time based on attendance.

Support Circle for Musicians

Four-Week Session starting September 23rd

Led by Jonathan Harley, MSW & Special Guest Nina Geleynse, MSc, MA, RP, Psychotherapist

Are you a musician looking for a space where you can be supported – not only as an artist, but as the whole person behind your music?

If so, you are invited to join a supportive psychotherapy group created specifically for musicians, by musicians who are also therapists.

This group offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who understand the emotional realities of a creative life. Whether you’re navigating self-doubt, creative blocks, perfectionism, performance anxiety, burnout, career uncertainty, or the challenges of balancing your artistic identity with everyday life, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Over the course of our sessions, we’ll explore the emotional, relational, and psychological dimensions of a life in music while cultivating greater resilience, self-awareness, connection, and wellbeing.

Whether you’re a professional musician, emerging artist, music educator, or someone who simply holds music close to your identity, you’ll find a space to slow down, connect, and care for the person behind your music.

Together, We’ll Explore:

Anxiety and performance pressure
Self-doubt and the inner critic
Rejection and resilience
Sustaining creativity: flow, motivation, and creative blocks
Artist identity, purpose, and meaning in music
Navigating the music industry and career uncertainty
Relationships, boundaries, and work-life balance
Burnout and maintaining wellbeing
Connection and community
Self-compassion and sustainable creative practices
